Waiting for the Bronx BORO President.
I want to write about photography, my photography in particular. But how? Right now the only reason to write about my work is to flesh out an artist statement, that within itself always becomes a monumental task that takes endless rewrites. What would happen if I start writing about it more often? Would that allow me a better language to express myself through words and speech about my work? Would it give me the language to talk about other people’s work? I guess the experiment begins today.
Super flow. Keeping up with “Nemo”. (at Winter Storm Apocalypse: Nemo)
Great write up by David Carol on my new project Zerega, in the new issue of Rangefinder magazine, page 99… Thank you again David Carol! Great way to start the new year.
In lieu of a memorial service this year, I have decided to donate blood at Memorial Sloan Kettering, the hospital where my mother was hospitalized and received blood transfusions. The transfusion saved her life during surgery and when she ended up at the ER. If you want to do the same please call (212) 639-7643 to schedule an appointment. There office opened 7 days a week. (at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center)
